ATAKÖY FOUNDATION TÜRKİYE is dedicated to providing critical humanitarian assistance to vulnerable populations across Turkey and the wider region. As a proud WHO Partner Organization since 2018, we work closely with the World Health Organization to ensure that emergency healthcare, clean water, shelter, and education reach those who need it most.
Our strategic partnership with WHO has revolutionized our healthcare delivery system, enabling us to implement WHO-certified health protocols and standards across all our programs. Together, we have responded to multiple humanitarian crises, providing lifesaving assistance to over 250,000 displaced families and individuals throughout Turkey and neighboring regions.
Through WHO's technical expertise and our grassroots knowledge, we have established 15 WHO-compliant health centers across Turkey, trained over 200 community health workers according to WHO standards, and implemented evidence-based health interventions that have significantly improved health outcomes in underserved communities.
As a WHO Partner Organization, we mobilize rapidly to provide emergency relief in disaster-affected areas across Turkey, implementing WHO emergency health kits and protocols for immediate healthcare access.
In collaboration with WHO, we establish mobile health clinics following WHO standards, provide WHO-approved essential medical supplies, and implement WHO health protocols across our 15 health centers throughout Turkey.
Through WHO's technical expertise and training programs, we focus on evidence-based solutions, WHO-standard capacity building, and sustainable health system strengthening to ensure lasting humanitarian impact.
